Tall Tower

Tall Tower

The facade of the 1908 building has been retained but everything else on the 11 metres wide and 40 metres deep site has gone, making way for foundations for the tower going down seven levels.

A cantilever component of another 4.5 metres will take the tower over the front of the heritage-listed Western House on the corner of Collins and William streets.

The original Art Nouveau detailing from the existing 1908 building provides a unique, stately façade and grand entrance hall.

Collins Terrace on Level 3 is a private indoor and outdoor space with picturesque views over the trees, trams and bustling street scene below. This is a place to meet friends and fellow residents in the sumptuous open-air lounge and dining areas, with a gourmet kitchen and spacious lounge just inside.
For both social occasions and moments of quiet contemplation, Collins Terrace is an open and flexible space where residents can relax

St James Club on Level 27.

Here residents enjoy exclusive access to beautifully crafted private dining and lounge, state-of-the-art gym as well as the outdoor deck and bar. Whether hosting a dinner party or making use of the fitness facilities, every experience in these communal spaces enjoys sweeping views over the streets of Melbourne and beyond.
